7月12日讯8时10分，北京奥运会火炬接力齐齐哈尔站正式开始传递。齐齐哈尔站是奥运火炬接力在黑龙江省境内的最后一站。第十届全运会女子单人滑冠军刘艳成为第一名火炬手，在齐齐哈尔市党政办公中心广场，她举行祥云火炬，领跑“鹤城”奥运火炬接力。
